Special rates for couples
Bed and breakfast is available for couples, continental breakfast supplied upon request at no extra cost. Price are based on two people only, please take note of additional bed costs for a stay of up to 4 people. One night stays are available for a 2-4 person midweek stay only.
Child supervision
The property is in pristine condition and while we welcome children in the house, your close supervision would be appreciated throughout your stay. Your help with this would be most appreciated.

Terms and Conditions
A two night minimum stay on public and school holidays applies as well as event weekends. A three night minimum stay over the Easter, Christmas and New Year weekend applies.
50% deposit at the time of booking, 50% balance paid within 2 weeks of booking date All damages and losses will be charged to credit card. Additional cleaning charge of $150 will be charged to your credit card if the property is not left in an reasonable manner
CANCELLATION POLICY
100% of deposit will be returned if more than ONE calendar months notice of cancellation is given before your arrival date.
No refund will be given if less than ONE calendar months notice is given before your arrival date.
